On 18-19 November 2020 RRT experts organised workshops for the representatives of the providers of Ukrainian electronic communications services, National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization of Ukraine, ministries and other state institutions on the key aspects of the quality of end-users and public information service.

In the second quarter of 2018, the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “RRT”) received 832 reports on illegal or harmful content on the Internet via their internet hotline.
