At present the rapid development of the technology and convergence of electronic communications, media content and electronic equipment creates an especially dynamic environment.

RRT: pernai el. ryšių paslaugų teikėjai vartotojams kompensavo 11 tūkst. Eur (2024 sausio 16 d.)

Ryšių reguliavimo tarnyba (RRT) 2023 metais išnagrinėjo 380 vartotojų kreipimųsi dėl su elektroninių ryšių paslaugų teikėjais kilusių ginčų dėl elektroninių ryšių paslaugų sutarčių vykdymo.
