Certificate for electronic seal
An electronic seal means data in electronic form, which is attached to or logically associated with other data in electronic form to ensure the latter’s origin and integrity, in other words, it is a means used to ensure the authenticity of electronic data which can be obtained by a legal person only (for example, to certify invoices).
Certificates for electronic signature
A qualified electronic signature having an equivalent legal effect of a handwritten signature shall be based on a qualified certificate.
