Examination of complaints
The legal basis In accordance with the Description of Procedures for Examination of Complaints Received by the Railway Transport Market Regulator (hereinafter – Description) RRT investigates complaints of the applicants on the actions and (or) omission of the public railway infrastructure managers, railway service facility operators, railway undertakings, institutions, agencies or organizations, including decisions taken under the competence of these entities.
Supervision of charges
The rates of charges for minimum access package for the services provided by the Public Railway Infrastructure Manager are set by Order No 2BE-232 “On Setting the Rates of Charges for Minimum Access Package” of the Transport safety administration of Lithuania of 11 December 2017.
Sanctions
The legal basis In accordance with the Description of Procedures for Imposition of the Sanctions for Failure to Comply with the Decisions of the Railway Transport Market Regulator and Determination of the Amount of these Sanctions (hereinafter – Description) RRT may impose sanctions for failure to comply with the decisions of RRT or their improper execution.
