Technical issues on using radio frequencies coordinated during negotiations in Minsk (2019 June 21 d.)
On 18-20 June 2019, in Minsk, negotiations on radio frequency coordination issues took place between the RRT and technical experts of the State Supervisory Department for Telecommunications of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus.
The long-awaited changes are closer: phone numbers will now have 0 instead of 8 (2023 August 1 d.)
Back in 2002, when Lithuania was preparing to join the European Union, a change in the telephone numbering plan was launched.
RRT starts a Twinning project in Ukraine (2019 September 11 d.)
On 8 September 2019, the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (RRT) launched the European Union Twinning project in Ukraine “Strengthening the Regulatory Capacity of the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization in the Areas of Market Access and Quality of Service Monitoring System”.
The RRT will start implementing the Twinning Project in Ukraine (2019 June 13 d.)
