On 4-5 September, 2018 RRT hosted a meeting of PT TRIS working group of the European Communications Committee (ECC) of CEPT. During the meeting, the representatives of CEPT member countries considered technical regulatory issues pertaining to electronic communications: harmonization of mobile Internet access service quality parameters in CEPT member countries, defining and calculating free space in cable ducts available for deployment of networks of electronic communications operators. Also, the meeting continued work on CEPT ECC recommendation on information to be provided by the fixed internet access providers.
RRT representative Dr. Virgilijus Stundžia is the chairman of PT TRIS working group since 2015.
