The legal basis
In accordance with the Description of Procedures for Imposition of the Sanctions for Failure to Comply with the Decisions of the Railway Transport Market Regulator and Determination of the Amount of these Sanctions (hereinafter – Description) RRT may impose sanctions for failure to comply with the decisions of RRT or their improper execution.
The procedure for imposition of the sanctions and determination of the amount of these sanctions
- Sanctions are imposed in accordance with Chapter II of the Description;
- The amount of sanctions is determined in accordance with Chapter III of the Description.
